Flooring Investment
The Challenge
A national senior living operator set out to renovate 50 occupied communities in six months, updating flooring, painting, and furnishings without disrupting residents. In addition to the challenges of working in occupied communities, the project required coordinating three specialized vendors across dozens of simultaneous sites, ensuring schedules aligned, materials were available, and logistics were managed seamlessly.
