Our key management team and founders have extensive
experience within and outside the commercial flooring industry.
David Moeller –
CEO & President
David founded Inside Edge in 2004. His vision for a new way to deliver
flooring services was developed during 20 years in the commercial flooring
industry. He began his career in the Commercial Carpets division at Shaw
Industries, later moving to Pink Companies. Eventually David started a
new branch location for MSA Industries in Minneapolis, which was purchased
by DuPont. David served as regional vice president of the Midwest before
returning to full-time sales. He is a 1987 graduate of Georgia Tech with
a B.S. in Industrial Management and a minor in textiles.
William Marketon –
Chief Financial Officer& Vice President
Bill has 20 years of finance and accounting experience. Bill is one of the
original founders of Inside Edge Commercial Interior Services and has overseen
company growth from startup to almost $50 million in revenue in just seven years.
He is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career in public accounting
at McGladrey & Pullen. He has held various management, controller and CFO
positions at several rapidly growing companies with a focus on construction.
Bill received his B.S. in Accounting Summa Cum Laude from Bemidji State University.
Bill Graves –
Senior Vice President Sales, National Accounts Bill is the newest member to our management team
and brings over 25 years of flooring and sales management experience to the organization.
Most recently Bill was the Senior Vice President of Sales for Mohawk Industries for the Midwest
and East Coast Divisions and Canada. As a Senior VP of Sales, Bill helped create and initiate the merger
of all Mohawk brands at the local level into a new team concept throughout the country.
During his 17 year tenure at Lees Carpets/Mohawk Industries Bill held various positions
to include VP of Strategic Accounts, Regional VP, and Account Executive. Bill brings a vast amount of experience
to Inside Edge through his knowledge of flooring manufacturing and his previous management
responsibilities with several MN based flooring service companies.
Lisa C. Bien-Sinz –
Senior Vice President Sales Operations, Business Development and Marketing
Lisa brings 25+ years
of accomplished experience in sales, business development and marketing to Inside Edge
(including 10 years in the Building Products Industry). After leading the launch of the
Local Market Sales Division in 2010, Lisa's role expanded into national sales operations,
in addition to leading business development and marketing. Lisa brings significant experience in launching
start-up strategies for a range of public and private companies including IBM Financial Services,
Cambria Quartz Countertops, Andersen Windows Corporation and General Electric's Consumer Sales Finance
Home Improvement Division. Lisa has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from UW Stout
and a Graduate degree in Human Resource Development and Training from the University of Minnesota.
Joe Dovenmuehle –
Vice President Operations, National Accounts
Joe joined Inside Edge in 2004 starting as a Customer Service Manager and Account Manager.
By joining the company in its early stages he was able to participate in all aspects of the business
including material sourcing, project management, account management, sales, and marketing.
His current role allows him to bring those experiences together to help improve processes
and ensure project success and customer satisfaction for Inside Edge's national account customers.
Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Jerry Dovenmuehle –
Vice President Labor Services
Jerry joined Inside Edge in 2004 and manages our nationwide service provider network and
self-performing labor crews. He oversees all aspects of customer projects that impact labor and pricing.
Jerry brings 32+ years of experience to the company, having started in the flooring industry at 19 years of age.
After finishing a five year Apprentice Program, he worked 16 years as a flooring installer for Pink Companies
and then two years in labor management. He also worked for MSA/DuPont Flooring for 8 years, and three of those
years we served as Regional Labor Manager for the upper Midwest Division.
John Bultman –
Chief Information Officer
John has been with Inside Edge from its inception, bringing 20+ years of experience in information technologies excellence.
John has built Inside Edge's proprietary on-line Project Management System which has become a key differentiator
in the industry. Prior to Inside Edge, John worked with several global 100 companies in a leadership position,
exploring project manangement strategies and information systems. He has a Graduate degree in
Management Information Systems, an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, and many IT related certificates.
