As a 100% Employee-Owned company our employee’s “voices” matter. For the fourth consecutive year, our employee’s opinions on an annual survey have resulted in being named a “TOP 150 Workplace!” This distinction is granted by the Star Tribune and Workplace Dynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. The Star Tribune partners with Workplace Dynamics to compile the results of the 25 year old “Top Workplace” survey. Earning the Top Workplace designation is based on employee opinions and measures engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.

The Top Workplace Survey measures two categories of workplace factors: Organizational Health and “Your Job.” Earning this designation comes from employees expressing that “they feel valued” and that “people here connect well” and that “there is a clear sense of direction and we are an innovative organization.” Typically, employees want to work at a company that is organizationally healthy. Equally important, employees express that “work/life family balance is possible” and that “they feel good about performing their day-to-day jobs” and that “we offer lots of opportunity for personal and professional career growth.”

Inside Edge began it’s participation in the Top 100 Workplace survey in 2013, and participated again in 2014 - - the same year that the company became a 100% employee-owned company.
